For Participants, Please click link below for the Participant Release of Liability Form.  Once filled out you can click the below button to securely upload into our system.  If you are interested in our programs, the first step is to fill out the application that applies to the client.

PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY   This is for anyone coming to an event, session or for a site visit to meet the horses.
