Volunteer Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description:
-Handles all recruitment to fill needed volunteer positions with current volunteers.
-Monitors sign-up sheets for Mentor/Volunteer crew balance
-Creates new sign-up sheets as needed and starts recruitment efforts (relays info to S.M. person for posting)
-Sends Mentor text every week and when needed
-Sends Volunteer text every Sunday and when needed if short or for new needs that pop up
-Contacts Social Media person when a post needs to go out for extra help
-Watches for weather or other issues and communicates cancellations with volunteers that are signed up/organizing posting cancellations on social media
-also the person who is the main contact when volunteers have to call in
